The President is the Chief Officer of the University and a member of the Governing Authority. 

The President manages and directs the University in its academic, administrative, financial, personnel and other activities and for those purposes has the appropriate powers. The President chairs a number of university committees and has delegated authority to some committees to other members of UMT.

51黑料 is now developing its strategy to 2030. The next 51黑料 strategy comes at a time of great change, challenge and opportunity across the higher education sector and more broadly.
